For wheelchairs, walkers or to simply avoid steps up to the door we can design and build accessibility access ramps that are safe and easy to use as well as being sturdy, attractive and long-lasting. Lighting can be built into the design as well for added convenience and safety.

 To enhance accessibility and to reduce the risk of accidents or injuries while working in the kitchen we can create open workspaces, lower countertops, adjustable-height sinks, easy-to-reach cabinets and install non-slip flooring.

From installation of safety grab bars, to accessible vanities and toilets, to curbless showers and wheelchair accessible tubs we can provide a wide range of accessibility services to meet your needs. 

To create a barrier-free access, and more specifically to accommodate wheel chairs, existing doorways and hallways may need to be modified to be at least 32 inches wide or more. To accomplish this we can develop and execute a plan to accommodate your accessibility needs in the most viable and cost-effective manner. 

To provide and enhance accessibility we can move your light switches, outlets and various controls like thermostats to more easily reached locations. We can also leverage motion detector switches, voice activated systems, doorbells with visual and tactile alerts and other smart home technologies to create a variety of enhanced use options.

 Smart smoke detectors, carbon monoxide alarms and security cameras can be used to send alerts to caregivers or emergency services providing peace of mind. As part of our accessibility services we can replace your existing devices to leverage this new functionality and/or add new devices to an existing system to improve your overall safety and security.
